With a combined 60 plus years in the industry, our management team has the experience and the know-how to get the job done.


David G. Fetzer
David is one of the original founders and principal of CM2. Having worked in the construction arena for more than two decades; he has dedicated 15 years to commercial modular construction. David started his career in residential home building working for two custom home builders in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. His experience ranged from accounting and operations to sales and project management. While working for two of the largest national companies in the commercial modular building industry, David held various positions in sales and sales management. Later, David served as the vice president in charge of sales and operations for a regional mobile and modular building supplier. In addition to daily operations, he had facilities and construction responsibilities for an educational company. In addition to his construction background, David owned and operated a high end interior design and furniture showroom for four years.

Richard W. Fetzer, Jr.
As a co-founder and principal of CM2, Rick has more than 30 years of successful business experience. He started out as an IT professional in a start-up manufacturing organization and quickly moved into an operational role responsible for many aspects of manufacturing. From there, Rick co-founded an IT services/development company, which was sold in the mid 1980’s. Most recently, he was part of the executive team of a billion dollar plus international medical products company and was the lead in a major merger and acquisition. He has been responsible for the construction of buildings from the foundation to completion; the fit out of existing structures; and the lease negotiations and maintenance of facilities both domestically and internationally.
