Carriage Homes at Haverford Reserve

One of CM2’s more recent endeavors was to erect a welcome and sales center at The Carriage Homes at Haverford Reserve in conjunction with Guidi Homes and The Goldenberg Group. As the gateway to Philadelphia Magazine's 2009 Design Home, the Haverford Reserve sales center reaches new heights with its 14' high stone entrance and decorative cupola. Complete with a sample kitchen and morning room, a sample study, and family room, the interior is certain to please all that enter. 



Borough of Lakehurst, NJ Police Station

The Borough of Lakehurst, NJ’s new police station includes a new squad room, secure interview rooms, and new public entrance area. In addition to providing the modular addition, Santorini Construction, Neptune NJ (the project GC), has contracted with CM2 to complete some of the interior and exterior finishes calling on our unique turnkey solutions.



The Grand at Diamond Beach Sales Center (PDF)

The Grand wanted a sales center that would reflect the quality and luxury incorporated in its new oceanfront condominiums. We specified a 2,000 square foot three-piece modular building, then enhanced it with architectural features like a wrap-around porch, French doors and interior finishes like hardwood floors and a water feature. Time frame? Three months from township approval to occupancy.


Saratoga Sales Center

The community of Saratoga Estates promised to be the definition of exclusive. Comprised of just 18 homes, each on a large lot, the community’s appeal was to a small but demanding audience of buyers. The sales center needed to reflect high quality as well as serve practical requirements for conversation areas, marketing displays and the amenities of a small but fully functional office. And builder K. Hovnanian had set high standards—and expectations—with other community sales centers.


Cedar Point

Challenged by the prospect of four new communities opening within 30 days of each other, Lennar Corporation turned to CM2, a division of Commonwealth Building Company, as their building partner. CM2 provided the necessary manpower to meet the demanding deadline while maintaining the quality that is synonymous with the Lennar Family of Builders. The aggressive timeline and physical distance between the communities put CM2 to the test. But we’re pleased to report that all four sales centers opened on time. Excellent planning and professional execution led to a successful outcome.


Four Seasons at The Promenade Sales Center

Four Seasons at the Promenade will feature 160 homes when completed. The single family homes and townhomes reflect a variety of styles and offer buyers numerous floor plans from which to choose. To showcase the many offerings, builder K. Hovnanian required a roomy and flexible sales center for marketing displays and sales associates. In addition, the design and appointments of the sales center needed to reflect the quality of features and amenities that would be built into every home.
